Crafter's Discount Card

For every $10.00 purchase before taxes, receive 1 circle. When card is filled, get 10% off your next purchase of regularly priced items. Only 1 card per purchase. May not be used for sale items, sewing machines, classes or other services.

 

Quilters Guild Members

Quilters Guild Members automatically receive 10% off regular priced cotton quilting fabrics, cotton and machine embroidery threads.
On sale items do not qualify for this discount! Please show your membership card to the cashier BEFORE going through the cash register.

 

Sewing Machine Purchases

1) Plastic or Cash
2) Exchange only - no returns
3) No discounts of any kind on sewing machines. Our prices are so low, we simply can't go any lower!
4) 48 hours is necessary to check machine over and to settle claim
5) Store warranty is 1 month
6) Mail-in warranty

 

Return Policy

1) No refunds, exchange only.
2) Exchange when product is returned intact. If packaging is broken, no return or exchange.
3) Management reserves the right to present same value voucher, not cash back.

 

Prize Draw

Every Friday at 4 pm, a drawing will be held for a prize. Drawing will be from cash register receipts with name and phone numbers written on the back. Purchase is necessary to be in the drawing.

 

Layaway Plan

1) Item can be laid away for up to 3 months, with a 20% downpayment.
2) Item must be fully paid for before pickup.
3) There is no return of item after pickup.
4) After 3 months, if not fully paid for, item is put back into stock and monies are forfeited.

 

Tax Exempt Customers

1) Tax Information Blanket: form must be on record in our files.
2) Tax number must be explained before item is keyed into cash register. Otherwise, tax payment must be collected from the Ministry of Finance.

 

Teachers or Leaders Policy

On any purchase over $10.00, before taxes, teachers and leaders receive 10% off their purchase of regularly priced items. Discount must be explained before sale is entered into cash register.

 

Special Orders

1) Visa or Mastercard number MUST be given at time of ordering.
2) When picking order up, any payment form is acceptable. Visa or Mastercard information will then be destroyed.
3) There are no exchanges or returns on Special Orders.
4) At time of price quote, shipping costs may or may not be included.
5) On special orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

 

No Personal Information collected at this store will be sold, transferred, or released from these premises.
